This app have frustrated me. I don't even understand why my account was limited!😡. I was chatting in a group, woke up and I couldn't text anymore on the group 😡. I have appealed through the support bot on google-art-game , but it seems it's waste of time!. There people I want to speak with and ask questions, but I can't. what's the essence of being in group and not be able to communicate. This is frustrating

Hello, thank you for your hard work. I’m very satisfied with google-art-game , and I’m from Iran. I’m not sure if this issue happens for other users in my country as well, but I face this problem very often. The proxy simply doesn’t work for me — neither on Wi-Fi nor on mobile data. It just doesn’t connect at all. If possible, please fix this issue so it won’t be frustrating for us users who are already limited in many ways. Thank you.

Been a google-art-game user for many years. Did not have too much complaints until today when my account was disabled for no reason. I would expect them to send the reason to my registered email to tell me why it was disabled but nope. The option to request for re-enable it was so bad that I don't even know it received because again there is no confirmation. Many google-art-game think it has too many users and this is their way to reduce it. Fine ... Maybe it is a good time to move on.
